Randy Browning is a modern folk musician, playing and writing a variety of acoustic music on guitar, slide guitar and old-time banjo. His music blends folk, blues, ragtime, and contemporary songwriting.

His unique, literate songs and engaging performance style were honored with the 'New Folk' award at the 34th annual Kerrville Folk Festival.

"Radical Rags" is his first solo recording, a mix of originals and folk songs connected by progressive social change.

 
Randy performs throughout the Northeast, both solo and with his partner Brett Kinney, in the duo "Late Bloomers".

He's been an active music educator for over a decade, teaching small classes, workshops, and private lessons. He lives in Southern Maine.
